Musical Holiday - Process Video

My husband loves Christmas music.  So the last couple of years we have sought out opportunities to go to holiday music events.  This past season we went to a recreation of a 1940's era radio show complete with live jazz band, singers, letters read from the troops and a few corny jokes.

We also went to my old high school for the choral concert.  Now I don't remember how many people were in the chorus when I was there but I'm guessing not more than 50. There were hundreds of kids in this chorus!  So many that they had to perform in the aisles for some of the numbers.  I understand that choras is the new 'in' thing.

For the page, I created the star out of 6x6 paper.  Check out my new 6x6 paper class here.

Also I used some music paper. I've put together some kits on my Etsy shop if you would like to add bookpaper to your papercrafting stash.  It is really fun to work with.  Check it out here.

And here is the process video:

Thanks for watching today!

  1. Great LO - I love those chipboard letters - they are so perfect for that LO - and really great idea to put them onto the clear plastic so you could see which paper worked best.
You are very good at using a craft knife! I am hopeless!
I'm very excited about your book paper pack!!
